New Building in The Center of Tivat

The object is located in the settlement of Seljanovo, one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city, in the immediate vicinity of Porto Montenegro. The settlement consists of three ambient units, which is reflected in the architecture of the object. The object is situated at the junction of residential buildings and individual housing units, expressing its uniqueness through the fusion of these two styles. Visually, it blends in with the character of residential buildings as well as smaller objects on the other side, transposed in a contemporary form, using a combination of traditional and modern materials. The facade features a combination of terracotta color, which adds additional spontaneity and individuality to the residential part. The composition of the roof (sloped in combination with flat) visually divides the entire object into three single-pitched stone "houses" and harmonizes it with the rest of the settlement. The overall size of the object corresponds to large structures on one side, while the fragmented form reconciles it with the individual housing of smaller dimensions on the other side.
